All orders ship from our Warehouse in Dacula,GA.

Proof of Damage:

To be eligible for an exchange due to product damage, please ensure that the evidence clearly demonstrates the issue. This will allow us to assess the damage accurately and provide an appropriate solution. We kindly request you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

Exchange Process:

Once we receive your evidence of damage, our dedicated support team will guide you through the exchange process. To proceed with the exchange, we may request you to return the damaged item in its original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories, tags, or labels.

Availability of Exchanged Items:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative of equal value. Our aim is to ensure you receive a replacement that meets your expectations.

Non-Damaged Items:

Please note that this policy only applies to damaged products. For any other reason, such as size or style preferences, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
